18thNov'08.I won't 4get tys date.De dae wen Rostam resigned,de dae wen i read an email regards to "USE SIMPLE ENGLISH" thing.Tys is lyk so f**k up.1stly,i want to let u noe that we r not stoopid at all.Watz de point of employing us wen u tink we r stoopid?Just look yaself into the mirror.U alwaes advice us not to ever look down on ppl,but u!de boss just did.U've got sum1 hu have been so patient towards u for damn 5 years making hys "right" decision by leavin.R u happy now?Well,just accept ma tender 2.I cannot take it anymore. I just can't.Its even easier for you to say that things is just so simple to handle but yeah,u gt everyting wrong.Well,all de best to you.At times,u as de head in de company should understand each n everyone of ya employees problems.You got to sit and talk.Not by just listening to de other party.Lyk u alwaes sae,u dun want to haf any arguments in de company,but dun u realise dat by duin tys,ya making things worse?I believe in KARMA n u shld to cuz i noe,it happens to us now n u gonna get double of it in de future.U will and never can change just lyk ya bro.Lastly,i've made up ma mind.I'm leaving.Say watever u can say,once ma decision is final,den it is.Goodbye ppl in de company.Im gonna miss all of u lots.To de boss,thx 4 all ya guidance n kindness.Ya help is appeciated but too bad,its randomly wasted.I'm off.
